Meet the Team

Dr. Damon Walton is a 48 year old healthcare entrepreneur from Carlinville IL. He and his wife Rebecca (who is a retired school teacher) have been married for 25 years and have three inspiring children; Emma (23), Adam (21), and Nick (19).

Damon began his career as a chiropractor in 1995, having graduated from Logan University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. In 1997, Damon opened his first solo practice. Quickly growing one of the busiest offices in downstate Illinois, he then began to mentor and train other doctors, growing his chiropractic office holdings from 1 clinic to 10 clinics in 4 years, and that was just the beginning.

From there, Damon was the founding partner and CEO of ChiroSystems and brought in multiple partners to then launch/own/sell dozens of clinics across the country; 79 collectively. With a nearly 90% success rate, ChiroSystems created success for dozens of young doctors beginning their career. During this time, he served as adjunct faculty at multiple universities and has been a popular speaker in many settings including franchise events, consulting groups, and on college campuses.

Damon is also the developer of a unique business training process called “The Strategic Clinic” that helps doctors to think like entrepreneurs and dramatically increase their capacity.

He was co-founder of the Launch U division of an already existing franchise, launching dozens more clinics successfully across the country, and coaching clinics to strategically grow their businesses.

In 2015, after leaving the franchise model, Damon launched the Activate DNA Weight Loss Program, and has rapidly grown that in both chiropractic and medical offices in the last 2 years, providing management and growth strategies to 30 plus clinics in that time, as well as developing proprietary supplements and educational material for the program and the doctors/patients that are served. In that time as well, Damon has financed and launched multiple medically integrated practices, serving as the managing director for these highly successful clinics.

Damon has been involved in dozens of clinic sales and acquisitions, and has coached hundreds of chiropractic doctors in the last 2 decades.
